2. Live Course Refund Policy

We offer a refund for live course fees under the following conditions:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the live class for any reason, you may request a refund.
  • Refund Request Process: To be eligible for a refund, you must send a written request via email to ziyatechacademy@gmail.com within 7 days from the start date of the live course. The email must include a valid reason for your dissatisfaction, along with a logical cause for the refund request.
  • Refund Verification: Our team will review the refund request and verify if the reason for dissatisfaction is valid. Once verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Fee Deduction: A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the total payment amount to cover administrative costs and transaction fees.
  • Eligibility Criteria: The refund request must be submitted during the live course period and within the time frame mentioned above. Requests after the course ends will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Digital Products Refund Policy (Recorded Courses, Plugins, and Themes)

No refunds or returns are available for the following products:

  • Recorded Courses: Once the payment is processed and access is granted, refunds are not available. This is because the course content is digitally delivered and can be accessed instantly after purchase.
  • GPL-licensed WordPress Plugins and Themes: As these products are digital downloads, they are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed and the product is delivered, there is no return or refund available.

We advise customers to thoroughly review the course details and product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure they are fully satisfied with their selection.

4. How to Request a Refund for Live Courses

To request a refund for a live course, please follow these steps:

  • Include Your Details: In the email, provide your full name, the course name, and a detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the course. Be sure to include the logical cause for your refund request.
  • Refund Verification: Once we receive your email, our team will verify the reason for your dissatisfaction. If your request meets the criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refund Processed: If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original payment method, minus the 15% processing fee.

5. No Refunds for Digital Products

  • Recorded Courses: As these courses are made available immediately upon purchase and are accessible for an indefinite period, no refunds or returns are possible.
  • WordPress Plugins/Themes: Since these are digital products that are delivered immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds. Once the payment is completed, you agree that no return or refund will be processed.

6. Exceptions

In certain circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the course or digital product, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide assistance to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered where applicable laws provide for such exceptions.
